The whole “alternative facts” thing is getting lots of attention. Not on the fox web site, of course, but most everywhere else.
To be fair to Fox News - the first and perhaps last time I’ve typed that - Chris Wallace got into it with Reince Preibus over the whole inauguration thing:
“I was there! I was there on the Mall!” Wallace said, speaking over Priebus. “I mean let me say first of all I think this is a ridiculous conversation, but there were huge areas. He said there were crowds all the way to the Washington Monument.”
“There was,” Priebus said. “I was sitting there.”
“Reince, there weren’t,” Wallace said.
No doubt that Fox does sometimes play like ‘fair and balanced’ - especially some of the on-air folks (others not so much, of course).
I was specifically referring to Conway’s absurdist statement that the press secretary was offering “alternative facts”, which was nowhere to be seen on the fox web site.

At first I was fucking shocked at this one. Could he really be THAT BLATANTLY racist? On second watch, you see that he has something in his right hand, and doesn’t even LOOK at Trump. On third watch, you see him actually move the scepter or whatever from his left hand TO his right hand as he enters the screen. This guy avoided Trump! That’s awesome!
