I grew up around doctors, so my opinion of them never got particularly high.
Don’t worry, when the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act is repealed, that nomenclature will be correct again.
And to answer your question: yes, yes she is.
If I didn’t want to avoid being first in line for the camps, I would reply, “Did Bannon tell you to say that?”
Good God. I guess I don’t need to say that. The replies below his Tweet are absolutely savage. I hope he reads them all.
Do you think he reads the replies to his tweets? I’m probably thicker skinned than he is, and I wouldn’t if I were he.
There is no way he wrote “largely based on an accumulation of data”.
“We know Steve, but you really should get your own account and stop using Donald’s”
Isn’t that the unhealthy relationship narcissists have with social media? They post self-glorifying things looking for validation and admiration. I would imagine this means they obsessively monitoring the likes, comments and replies.
Legitimate question – What happens when a malignant narcissist stops receiving that validation and consistently receives just the opposite?
It’s sort of complicated. Negative input does work as Narcissistic Supply, depending on the context. It’s just not as good a source.
Edit: Oh, you meant what happens when all of his supplies dwindle to zero? Because he has many. But if it all goes, usually the narcissist grows increasingly desperate and irrational and when all sources are finally gone, they start reaching out to old or “discarded” sources of supply and then write a new narrative.
Thanks.
This is why I can envision a scenario where he declares victory, takes his ball and goes home. Likely after the Russian sanctions have been lifted, various deals are completed and he receives his windfall. Then he can retreat to the world of business and entertainment where he will be lauded by sycophants as he regales them with tales of how he profited from the unworthy idiots who spurned his offer of greatness. “Sad. This country could have been great. But I showed them.”
Trump makes up murder rate statistics while talking to sheriffs:
Trump told the sheriffs, “the murder rate in our country is the highest it’s been in 47 years.” He blamed the news media for not publicizing this development, then added, “But the murder rate is the highest it’s been in, I guess, 45 to 47 years.”
As any one who follows US homicide rates knows, this is way, way off:
The murder rate is defined as the number of murders and non-negligent homicides per 100,000 residents. Beginning in 1957, when the rate was 4.0 murders per 100,000 residents, the rate rose steadily to a high of 10.2 in 1980. It then steadily dropped, to 7.4 in 1996, to 6.1 in 2006, to 4.4 in 2014. It went up in 2015 to 4.9. But that is less than half the murder rate of 1980. The raw number of homicides in America has actually declined from 19,645 in 1996 to 15,696 in 2015, even while the population has risen from 265 million in 1996 to 321 million in 2015.
So it’s a total lie.
Unlike Trump’s inauguration crowd or the NY Time’s profits or the Bowling Green Massacre, though, this is a lie that most of the public believed for a long time before Trump came around.
The discouraging news is that even though crime experts and the media have known this fake fact is lodged in the public’s consciousness for more than a decade and understand the mechanisms by which its sustained (basically confirmation bias,) nobody as yet has figured out a way to break the spell. Once fake facts take root they may never get dislodged.

I remember reading something that he tweeted this right after one of the cable news shows talked about Banno being in charge. But I could be confusing this with other insane tweets.
So, nothing here is really new…we already knew that we have a manbaby occupying the Oval Office. But there’s a few new stories that I hadn’t seen anywhere yet.
You are correct good sir. It was Morning Joe
It’s true, you can pretty much tell exactly what his viewing habits are by when/what he angry tweets.
You do wonder what would happen if all the news networks started running 24/7 headlines like: “Trump doesn’t have the guts to implement universal healthcare”
For whatever reason it took Donald a week to notice that Nordstrom dropped Ivanka’s clothing line.

She needs to push harder.
Or maybe the “right thing” is stuff like building a wall and banning Muslims. I wouldn’t put it past him to think that’s the “right thing”.
