According to the data breech and personal information security laws posted on the Missouri’s Attorney General website, the state may have been in violation of it’s own laws about allowing unencrypted Social Security numbers and personally identifiable information to be accessed/transferred online. It is pretty damn embarrassing when you’ve violated both the trust of your state employees and your own state laws and you can’t stop pointing this out to everyone loudly, publicly and in the most idiotic ways possible. Time for a recall?
