The in store policy is that there has to be a store near you and they have to have copies for it to work. If you have proof of both you should be able to argue for it .

They wouldnt even honor the price for the PS3 version and the TRU still had copies of that, but the bonehead manager wouldnt even bother to call to confirm it, they flat out said they wouldnt honor it AT ALL and if I wanted to complain to his DM to go ahead and do so.

I’m glad they didnt honor it now tho, I went to the other TRU near me at lunch time and grabbed the last 360 bundle off the floor, went straight to the register and it rang up at $110 and they handed me my ‘dradel secret decoder ring’ edition $25 gift card without me even having to point out the price in the circular. This is even more proof to me that TRU rocks for standing by this. If it’s supposed to be that price it’s the deal of the year. If it’s not supposed to be that price (like, if as rumored it’s supposed to be RB1 not RB2 at that price) then TRU rules for honoring it.

I have two that I paid twice as much for, and they were still worth it for making my lightgun games playable. As opposed to the Nintendo gun, which did not help at all.

I want those Dell deals on 360s to come back so I can order one for the holidays to replace my dying old one.

Aquaria is FINALLY on Steam. And it’s going for the low, low price of 15 bucks. :)

Huh… where is this deal advertised?

I don’t see any stock or any Rockband 2 SE on their website.

The offer is in store only, it’s either in the ad in the Sunday paper or the ad for the week on the TRU website.

It’s in TRU’s ad for this week, both paper and online.

When I was in Target just now they had Left 4 Dead PC on sale for $40 (I don’t know if that’s all that big a deal - I think Amazon does too). They also had a bunch of their $20 games knocked down a WHOLE DOLLAR. I get chills just thinking about it. :P

Amazon dropped their price on Prince of Persia to $40. I’m gonna assume that’s just a Christmas thing, but I don’t think it’s a goldbox deal. I didn’t have to click anything to see it. I just got a notice ‘now you can have your wish for less!’ or something.

It’s their video game deal of the day. $ 39.98 for 360 or PS3.

Amazon’s 15 Days, 15 Deals is offering MK vs. DC Universe (PS3) for $39.98, Battlefield Bad Company Gold Edition (360) for $37.98, and Tales of Vesperia Premium Edition for $49.98.

Also, here’s a link to the above mentioned Amazon Deal of the Day, Prince of Persia (360 & PS3) for $39.98.

Looks like today’s the last day of the 15 days, 15 deals thing.

$38 is almost low enough for me to want to spring for Bad Company, but I just can’t bring myself to do so.

Not sure if this was already mentioned but:

Stranglehold for $11.99

FYI, Gamefly has it used for $25 (X360, PS3). At this point, though, I’ll wait to see if it hits the under-$20 bargain bins after Christmas.

Newegg has GTA IV (X360) for $30 with free shipping.

Strategy First’s download service is offering half off for everything until January 11:

Might be time to replace my missing copy of the Jagged Alliance 2 Gold Pack…

Anything over there to recommend besides Disciples 2?

What kind of DRM do they use on strategy first? Can I install on more than one computer?

Combat Mission: Beyond Overlord and Combat Mission: Barbarossa to Berlin are both pretty fantastic. Should be demos out there if you wanna give 'em a whirl beforehand.

Also a bit curious as to what DRM that place has. Tempted to grab Uplink and maybe JA2.

Newegg has the 360 and PS3 versions of Dark Dector for $10 with free shipping.

Looks like Popcap is doing their 50% off on downloads again this year. I just bought Peggle Nights as a gift for 10.68 (includes tax).
