It’s part of D2D’s 2nd Spring Break sale, which also includes ArmA for $20, HoMM 5 TotE for $15, and PQ Galactrix for $15.
Don’t know if you’ve figured this out by now, but Amazon no longer does price adjustments after orders. Up to and including the date of pre-order, yes, but after that, nope. Got screwed by my Madworld preorder: $53 CAD when it shipped, $50 the next day – no refund. Bloody Amazon.

I got lucky in this case I think - they did ok a refund for the $2 difference but then issued an additional $2 refund yesterday for the pre-order guarantee. Can you resubmit your request for a refund? Might just depend on who ends up replying to you.
The Steam weekend deal is up already and it’s Worldwide Soccer/Football Manager 2009 for $15 (half-off).

Dang, didn’t Steam have a COH pack for $40 that had all 3 COH games in it? I can’t find it anymore but I’m pretty sure I saw it late last week. Anyone see it?

Since there hasn’t been a Steam news blurb on Soccer Manager being the weekend deal yet, I’m hoping that we’ll get an additional deal tomorrow.
And they did have that Alan, because I remember noticing it and talking about with some buddies. Apparently they changed their mind though, since you can’t even buy just a bundle of CoH and OF any more. They previously had the CoH and OF pack for $30, then immediately after ToV was released it became CoH, OF, and ToV for $40, now there’s just the Relic super pack of CoH, OF, and DoW1 with expansions for $50 and no bundle with ToV. God knows if they’re going to bring just the CoH pack back or not.

Actually, when you start up Steam, you get that Update News window that lists Soccer Manager as the weekend deal. I guess the front page hasn’t been udated yet.

Oh, yeah, that might be it I guess. I’ve got the popups like that disabled, so I just check out the front page. Oh well.
Har, and speak of the devil. In the time between my post up there and this post here, it’s mentioning Soccer Manager as the weekend deal on the front page. D’oh.
I’ve emailed them since Sept 2008 about price drops, and they’ve said that they no longer have a post-order price guarantee. If you received a refund, maybe they’ve softened their policy since then.
Tom Clancy’s EndWar for the 360, PS3, PSP, and DS has had a price reduction at Gamestop:
360/PS3/PSP versions: $19.99
DS version: $14.99
Credit goes to CAG.

Endwar came out on DS? I wonder how that is.
I don’t recall if Steam had it for $40, but I’m certain GamersGate and D2D had it last weekend. Not to rub salt in it, but you missed your chance.
EDIT: STALKER Clear Sky is $10 from Gamestop. Use code SAVER for free budget shipping on $25+ orders.
Yeah I think I did. Damn that woulda made a nice gift.
