I’m glad we see eye to eye on the subject.

By the way I’m in the market for primo digital downloads suitable for a 5 year old machine. Someone hook me up with a bargain.

Plants vs Zombies. 10 bucks. Steam. buy now.

Or you can sign up for BigFishGames game of the month club thingy, get it for 7 bucks, and cancel immediately.

Since when is toothpaste food? Have I been doing it wrong all these years?

Amazon had the RB2 drums for 360 on sale for $30 earlier but sold out quickly. Sometimes they get these sale items back in stock, though.

Amazon’s Gold Box today is devoted solely to the 360. As such, the DotD is Fallout 3 CE for $46.98 (41% off).

6 AM PDT: No one fights alone
10 AM: Tower, this is Ghost Rider. Requesting a fly-by
Noon: Risk it all to go AWOL
2 PM: Taking you back to the 80s
3 PM: This Warthog rush is “Limited”
4 PM: Give me some hi-hat!
6 PM: Shaken, not stirred

Post of the day.

If you’re hungry enough, what isn’t food?

Oh, EpicBoy!

The funny thing about your post is that it’s your first in the last five pages at least. I think if you look back you’ll see I’m always posting deals in this thread. So I’ve contributed a heck of a lot more to it than you have, regardless of your interest in a discussion of Gamefly.

Or, let me try it your way: Fuck off.

But yeah, there’s no room for a discussion of the merits of a video game rental service’s coupons in the bargain thread of a video game message board. I feel so ashamed by my hubris.

Amazon has Tales of Vesperia for $27.99.

GoGamer.com’s latest 48 Hour Madness includes a lot of the games featured in the last few 48 Hour Madness specials.

inFamous - $51.90
Sacred 2 (360) - $41.90
Sacred 2 (PS3) - $45.90
UFC Undisputed (PS3) - $49.90
Splinter Cell Conviction (360) - $44.90

There are some miscellaneous deep discounts on some older PC games as well:

The first Gold Box deal is Call of Duty: World at War for $39.98. $10 less and I might’ve bit, but $39.98 isn’t a very compelling price for WaW at this point.

This turned out to be CoD:WaW for 360 for $40. Which is $7 more than I paid for it when I bought it at K-mart a few months ago.

Here is the whole Gamersgate list for their fancy 2.0 website re-launh:

[ul]
[li]All week (May 25- 31): Men of War 60% OFF
[/li]
[li]Wednesday, May 27: Mount & Blade 50% OFF
[/li][li]
[/li][li]Thursday, May 28: World in Conflict Complete Edition 50% OFF
[/li][li]
[/li][li]Friday, May 29: Sword of the Stars Complete Collection 50% OFF
[/li][li]
[/li][li]Game of the Weekend (Thur. - Sun): S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky 50% OFF
[/li][/ul]

This may have been all posted earlier in the thread, but with 2 or 3 pages about double coupon Tuesday’s at Publix Supermarket, I only saw mention of the Men at War deal.

That’s gonna be 15 Bucks for the Sword of the Stars collection. I am assuming it is the original and 2 expansions, although they do still show a bundle only with the BoB expansion, also, currently priced at $29.99. One is called a “Bundle” and the other is called “Ultimate Collection” and neither say “Complete Collection” as the advert says above. Who knows.

My constant, cheap-ass procrastination may not win out this time. This right after the announcement of another expansion.

UT3 is free for the weekend on Steam again.
Chances for some real weekend deal are pretty slim which makes me a sad panda. :(

Bionic Commando: Rearmed is 400 points on XBLA.

Anyone care to hazard a guess what the other Gold Box deals are?

#2 is clearly HAWX.
#5 is probably Halo Wars Limited Edition.

And the rest? I don’t know.

I’m hoping “Give me some hi-hat” is the Rock Band 2 stand-alone drum set. That would be awesome.

I think the 6:00 p.m. one is Quantum of Solace. If they put that up for $19.99 or less, I’ll probably get it. The noon deal could be Battlefield Bad Company.

I’m hoping its the cymbals.

2 PM: Taking you back to the 80s

My guess: “Guitar Hero: Rocks the 80s”

They’re all 360 deals. That never came out on Xbox 360.

You didn’t grab it at BB with the Gamer’s Zone coupon for $10 a few weeks ago? Shame on you!
