Yeah, it’s a shame the story is so… Japanese. If they’d had the same gameplay, but with a story as compelling as the first Crimson Skies, AC6 would make the perfect combat flight game for me.

Agreed. I’ve been watching for a deal I can’t refuse on that one for quite some time now.
The “high hat” Amazon deal is the RB2 cymbal expansion set for $12.98. I was hoping for the full kit.
Damn it, current deal turned out to be the Double Cymbal expansion kit for Rock Band 2 drums. But I don’t even have RB2 drums yet Amazon! Come on!
Nice deal on the cymbals for $13 though. I picked them up.

Game du Jour (gamedujour.com) has DROD: The City Beneath for $10 today. That’s the latest version of the classic DROD engine with the latest campaign, and if you like puzzle games (real puzzle games, not Tetris or Bejewelled), you would do very well to make that purchase.
