Amazon’s Deal of the Day is Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for $19.99.

Damnit, I just bought it from Target …

Be careful. This happened to me also and the CC company reversed the fees, however the item was still listed/counted as a cash advance and finance charges start applying instantly for them. I had to pay the bill in full immediately in order for them to stop.

Paradox uses PayNova as a payment processor and they’re the ones that keep doing this. I’ve learnt my lesson and use PayPal now.

Thanks MSUSteve! For $20, I’ll check it out…

And the backlog grows larger…thanks Steve!

Gamecrazy supposedly has SW:FU for $15.

Argh! I’ve been trying to resist dishing out $20 for this game, but you all are taxing my willpower. I’m pulling the plug on my PC…

Funny, I thought that Star Wars: FU was the working title for SW: Episode One?

Hmm, tempting. Almost want to get the wii and xbox version at that price to see the differences and try combat with the wii remote. Bah, I’ll just rent the damn game.

Hey, that’s funny. :)

FUck me for posting and then not remembering to purchase the SotS collection at 50% off on Friday. Just more fuel to add to the bitter, resentful, self loathing fire.

I think it’s still available for $20 from Impulse. I got it from there a couple of days ago.

Best Buy is now offering Deals of the Day. Today’s DotD: Madworld and HotD Overkill for $20 each. Unfortunately, no in-store pickup and presumably the in-store price is still MSRP; shipping is 3 bucks unless you’re a RZ Premier Silver member.

I have a $25 gift card that I have had since Christmas…HotD…SOLD!!! Thanks dude.

Probably not something I can play with the kiddies, though. Woohoo, I am excited…oops, I think I just tinkled a little bit.

It’s absolutely not something you can play with kids. You probably shouldn’t play it when they’re in the house, just to be safe.

Yeah, I was sorta kidding…my console gaming has plummeted since I had children. The house is too small and we have too few TV’s for me to have access to play and there is no way I could play when they were awake. Zombies willl have to be eradicated after 8:30pm CST and 9 on weekkends.

It was worth it to make sure. Overkill is very aptly named because it’s completely over the top. The previous HotD games were pretty tame really. Overkill is insane.

I’m tempted to buy that even though I don’t have a Wii, for when I eventually get one. I wonder if those games will come down in price. Neither sold very well, right? But how large were the printings?

I suggest you buy them cheap when you see them.
I bought some Wii games that I’m interested in once they got cheaper although I don’t have a Wii yet.
I noticed that those games seem to disappear fast if they are not selling.
Here is my list so far:

Madworld
Deadly Creatures
House of the Dead: Overkill / House of the Dead: Overkill Light Gun

I’m looking for “No More Heroes” right now.
I have “Twilight Princess” for the Gamecube so no need to buy that.
Every game was max 20 EUR (my price point for Wii games).

I figured I will be picking up a Wii cheap in the future and then I can play the handful of games I want on it. After that I could probably sell the whole bundle and get some money back.

Refurbished 26" Olevia LCD HDTV for $259.99 at Buy.com.

Yay, a non-game deal that actually applies to me. I’m going to try to convince my mother-in-law to go with this since it’s so cheap.
