Again, via @GamerDeals (at least I’m giving them credit, right?), NewEgg is having a Game On promotion right now.

I’d like to thank MSUSteve for his serious contributions to this thread as well as several others. Why Dave thinks that this is somehow ‘his thread’ is a mystery to me; he rarely posts any bargains in it.

I thought it was everyone’s thread.

Or conversely, all the threads are Tom’s.

Nice! I’ve been looking for an excuse to dip my toes into Too Human now that I’ve got access to a 360, and $10 seems like a decent deal. That Dead Space price is pretty alluring, too…

ALL THESE THREADS ARE YOURS.

EXCEPT THE BARGAIN THREAD.

ATTEMPT NO MODERATING THERE.

Dead Space is an absolute steal at $10. I feel good about spending $60 on it. Awesome game.

Ha, good work zengonzo.

king’s bounty $9.99 gamersgate

No kidding. Do they ship to the US?

DS Lite $110 shipped at Dell Home:

Other folks have mentioned it, but if you use a credit card for a gamersgate purchase, it will be charged as a cash advance. Cash advances usually carry a $10 service charge + immediate interest. Caveat Emptor!

I shun gamersgate for this reason. SHUN!

Whereas the sensible thing to do is just use PayPal when you buy from GamersGate.

This is pretty much the best and only way to buy through Gamersgate. I bought Stalker Clear Sky last week and have had no problem with extra fees, and downloading the game went pretty smoothly. It only hitched up a few times and paused, but would imagine that is due to all the other deals they were running and likely just overloaded at the time.

Amazon’s Deal of the Day is Wanted: Weapons of Fate (PC, PS3, 360) for $29.98.

Hilarious.

EB Games’ Weekend Specials once again include $10 off all versions of X-Men Origins: Wolverine. They also have CoD:WaW (360 & PS3) for $39.99.

Buy.com is offering a ViewSonic VX2433wm 24" Widescreen 1080p LCD Monitor (20,000:1 contrast ratio, 2ms response time) for $229.99 (normally $399.99). That seems like a helluva deal to me.

Edit: Eh, I guess it’s not such a special deal. Newegg.com has the same monitor for $239.99. I guess it’s just been awhile since I priced a new computer monitor. They’ve gotten pretty cheap!

Weekend steam deal is all the Penumbra games for $5.00

http://store.steampowered.com/sub/1451/

seems neat. will probably buy

I’d never heard of Penumbra, but the games look awesome. For $5.00, why not?
