Actually now that I think about it, I picked up Viking a while back for $10 too, but haven’t yet played it. I can have a brawl-a-thon! Time to drive my enemies before me; bring on the lamentations of their women.
Skulls for Kulls, barbarian. Skulls for Kulls.
Gears of War 2 is 30 bucks at Best Buy.
And Amazon. And I’d just like to add: Totally worth it, just for Horde mode. I still haven’t played the campaign, but Horde mode now even gives experience in multiplayer.
Amazon has House of the Dead: Overkill (Wii) for $20 as their video game deal of the day.

Steam has the Space Quest Collection and the Kings Quest Collection now. I own the Space Quest Collection, and it uses dosbox so it runs fine in Vista. I assume the King Quest games do as well.

Is this the shitty shovelware collection released as bargainware in the past few years?
I have the Space Quest Collection on disc, but not Kings Quest. Perhaps I’ll drop $14.99 on it.
Don’t know if it’s the right topic, but it seems Lucas Arts gave Activision the idea to put King’s Quest and Space Quest collections on Steam.
The collections are 7,50 euros each (25 % off until the 30), but they don’t guarantee that the games will work under Vista. Which makes me wish they were released on GOG instead…
EDIT : oops, seems I missed a page…

Well, they are the original games released a couple years ago for around $20 running on Dosbox with an installer for everything. How is that shitty shovelware?
I like the use of shovelware and bargainware in the same sentence. I think rei actually made up the latter term.
