I’m not a regular Madden buyer, so I almost forgot to mention this even though I took advantage of it today:
Microcenter has Madden 10 (360) for $35 as long as you pre-order the game with them this weekend. So pay $5 today, and pay $30 next Friday when the game comes out.
I know a good friend of mine who I call a “Madden gamer”, so I called him during my lunch break (I work 5 minutes from a Microcenter) to see if he wanted me to take advantage of this deal. Indeed he did. He was pretty excited that he’s going to be getting the game for $35 new instead of $60 that he was planning on paying.
Fantastic. Crayon Physics Deluxe, Mr. Robot, and World of Goo alone work out to $10 each, which is my “fail saving throw” point, and the rest of that stuff is free (if I ever decide to play it).
I bought one cheap on Half.com, so I’m in, if we ever get this grand production off the ground.

Apparently RB2: SE prices dropped to 99 bucks everywhere.
I am buying a copy at BB tonight (I got 10 bucks off any purchase coupon from the Gamer’s Club)
I can do 90 bucks. (I won some money in vegas… so… WOOT!
Yep. I’d be paying $30 for: Blueberry Garden, Everyday Shooter, and Crayon Physics Deluxe. I guess that’d save me $5, but I don’t actually want the first two or I’d own them already. And I’m not really likely to get that much out of Crayon Physics Deluxe, for that matter.
I don’t own ANY of these games, but I’m running Vista-64. Anyone know if most of these games will work on Vista x64?
Did anybody notice that Steam has a 5-pack of those indie games, for those that don’t want to plunk down $30?

Blueberry Garden, Braid, Everyday Shooter, The Path, and World of Goo for $20.
Was Hasbro Family Game Night (on XBLA) always free? 'cos that’s a great bargain right there: Yahtzee, Scrabble, Connect Four, Battleship, etc.
EDIT: Damn it! It’s just the interface that’s free.

Mercenaries 2: World in Flames for the PC for $4.99 + free shipping at Buy.com
Team Fortress 2 for the PC for $9.99 at Amazon and Best Buy. For the 2 people out there who do not own this game, since it’s a Valve game, you can register the retail copy on Steam.
Tomb Raider Underworld PC for mere 7 pounds on game!
And they also have Medal of Honor 10th Anniversary (includes every MoH game) for 20 pounds…bought both.
There is a new Madness sale at GoGamer.com. Plenty of items, including Hearts of Iron III for $30. I do want to warn people that Titans of Steel: Warring Suns, which they list for $6 and looked very tempting to me, is in fact freely downloadable from the publishers, so if you buy that you are being ripped off.

You are also being ripped off if you download it for free.
Oooh, I like how Crayon Physics Deluxe remembers my progress from the demo, now that I’ve upgraded to the real deal.

I just bought the $20 Steam Weekend deal with the indie games! I can’t wait to play them. I will be away from my desktop PC for 4 months, so I am saving those games for my laptop. Until then, I need to get my fill of FPS death and destruction ;)
I have yet to buy PvZ yet, but I’ll wait till I leave and see if perhaps it drops in price. Not that $10 is much… :D

Could someone from UK please tell me how much this game cost in pound in Steam?
I’ll get a friend to gift it to me…
Edit: Sorry, I am asking about Red Faction: Guerilla in Steam

Edited to reflect lack of options. Still, TF2’s certainly worth owning.
Also, Sacred 2 for PC is $20 on Amazon, including the CE.
Wow, that indie deal was awesome. Considering I didn’t have any of them, and had The Path, Audiosurf, World of Goo, and Braid all on my “to buy” list, that was an excellent weekend deal.
