I can confirm both that it will become part of your Steam library (integrated and equivalent to digital distributed content bought through Steam, simply initially installed with the provided files from Direct2Drive if you prefer), and that Zeno Clash was a whole lot of fun.
Be warned: Like the developers, it is surprisingly Chilean, but in a good way.

Don’t forget the PS3 Slim is due out soon: same price, smaller unit, bigger HDD, but no pack-ins.
A few Interplay games available on Steam, including:

Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout: Tactics as a package for $20. I wonder if the steam versions of FO and FO2 can be modded. The Restoration mod in particular is wonderful.
(The three games can be bought separately for $9 each.)

The same three games can be bought DRM-free on Good Old Games for $5.99 each (regular price).
I stopped by Sears tonight to check and see if they had any of those Xbox 360 120GB hard drives laying around. They didn’t, but I did find High School Musical Sing It! for $2.97.
While I couldn’t care less about High School Musical, the package included a Logitech USB microphone. And $2.97 is definitely a more than reasonable price for a decent general-purpose mic.

You are totally into High School Musical, and the mic is your “beard”.
Which Fallout game is it for, and which website explains it in detail?
My daughters have this game (no really), and it’s a great for padding your gamerscore. Within 10 min. they had something like 100 Gamerpoints.
You can sell the mics on fleabay for 6 or 7 dollars as well.
Couple things… Target is trying desperately to get rid of the Guitar Hero World Tour two guitar packs. I think last time I found them there at $49.98.
Also, I was able to get Burnout Paradise for $6.98 on PS3 there today, and MotorStorm for $7.98 earlier in the week.
They’re really gearing up for Christmas so watch the red tags closely the next few weeks.
While on vacation last week, I saw the RockBand 2 kit in its entirety for $99.98 at Wal-Mart.
Pretty sure this is the new price for RB2 bundles everywhere, and they are trying to get rid of them. We picked up a copy at BB last week after looking at 4 other places first. RB Beatles is coming, time to clear out the crappy old hardware.
Two things:
1: It’s the PS2 version; and
2: I bought it for the microphone.

Adds an amazing amount of stuff to the game. The TeamX patch for the original Fallout is great too, but nothing like the Restoration Project patch by killap for FO2.
Weekend Impulse buys are up:

AI War Fleet Command $15
Space Rangers I $10
Hero’s Tale (indie JRPG) $6
