Snagged Storm of Zehir (not really interested in the campaign, but for $5, meh, why not) and Drakensang (I was almost going to buy that one at $30 a couple of times. Glad I waited). I’m a bit mystified by the fact that they apparently consider Assassin’s Creed and the GTA games to be RPGs…I’d like this week of the sale a lot better if they’d used all those slots for actual RPGs. (Elven Legacy isn’t an RPG either, but it comes closer to faking it.)

Just a heads up for ECA members. Apparently you can only get one code per day now. Once again, idiots screw up something that was great. Yeah, it’s not a huge, horrible problem, but it does suck that I can’t place an order in the morning and then become aware of another deal in the afternoon and get another code to order that as well.

For anyone who has installed NWN2 from D2D, does the game include an auto updater or something, and does it work with the D2D version? I can’t find a patch for it on the D2D patch page.

It should have the same frontend launcher as the disc version (the launcher is used for other things too), which does have an update button.

Gah…what has QT3 done to me? I’m downloading games to my PC now? Guess 5 bucks for Civ 4 was to good a deal for me to pass up. On a related note I blame TMA for my desire to play a strategy game in the first place…maybe I should get outta here while I still can.
