A serious relieving dump of votes just in from PA, we’re down to 78,000.

(it was 66-33 Biden, still ahead of pace)

326,000 from the PA election official a little while ago - mail in ballots

Those always feel good.

Like waking up after too much curry.

Trump is speaking at 6:30. No doubt it will be a bowl of hot crap.

My expectation is that total vote is 6,780,000 (this was listed on Pennsylvania voting website)

Total vote counts is 6,440,000 (and change, from WaPo website)

Biden trails (as of latest tally) by 79,000 with 340,000 to count

Biden needs (340,000 + 79,000)/(2 * 340,000) percent of the remaining vote to pull even, or just less than 62%.

Trump going to speak here soon.

Be afraid, be very afraid.

OK, so if only 326,000 are remaining the required percentage is a little higher, but Biden still seems to be exceeding it.

That big ballot drop all came from the same place, apparently.

And there may indeed be 50k + provisionals. And that could be Philly alone.

Yeah that would bump it up to around 62% which he’s still ahead of.

Central time, I’m assuming!

And Cumberland is Trump+11 (+17 in 2016). Only one “major” red county left.

Woah. They’ve only counted a couple of hundred provisionals so far.

Maybe the networks should call PA at 3:30. For no particular reason.

My wife was a poll worker this year and she said that a surprising number of people were outraged or at least surprised that they had to vote provisionally after requesting a mail-in ballot. I think a lot of people just thought they could request a mail-in and then vote however they wanted, and of course Trump was telling people to try to vote twice this way.

I don’t know PA election law, but that’s confusing. In CA, you get a ballot in the mail. You can mail it back, drop it off at a ballot box, drop it at a polling place on election day, vote it in a voting booth, or grab a provisional ballot at a polling place. Any of the above.

Yeah, CA voting was smooth for me this year.

LMAO!
