I imagine they’ll call shortly after Biden takes the lead to avoid a little fuel to the fire. “How can they call PA for Biden when Trump is ahead! Rigged!”.

They’ll probably call it as soon as the lead changes in PA or GA. It’s a little weird to call a state when the other guy is in the lead (and it’s a battleground state), even if you are quite sure the lead will change.
