I got a glass of AH Hirsch reserve, on the house, from a tiny bar out here in the sticks. The bartender had been gifted it by a longtime patron, and since me and a buddy were probably the most regular customers in the place, he gave us each a glass of it.

He told us about how it had been made in Schaferstown and stuff, and it was just so good. Amazingly smooth. It wasn’t until later i learned that it was this crazy ultra rare thing.

It wasn’t until you just mentioned it that I realized that Hirsch was distilled in Pennsylvania.

So yeah, that’s the plan then!
