Taniel having math trouble.
It’s 1,709 in Georgia right now.
I was going through security at SFO years and years ago, and I was getting my belt back on. My coworker suddenly says quietly, “Dude, turn around.” I do, and am staring into Yao Ming’s torso. He was right behind me in line.
I’m totally playing it cool, and I’m like, ok. Hopefully he appreciated that.
But about 5 minutes later, just waiting around the terminal food area, and Yao Ming is walking through, and there is a dude losing his shit. “OH MY GOD, YAO MING. YAO MING. OH MY GOD.” And he’s not only doing that, but he’s with his girlfriend/wife, and he is hiding behind her and pointing at Yao Ming.
Dude, he probably didn’t appreciate that.
And how do they prove that? If it’s provable, there’s no need to toss the whole pool, just the ones that were late.

I was desperately hoping my Dad could see the day Trump got voted out. He missed it by 11 days.
The lawyer says “See judge, this one was cast fraudulently. It proves there were others.”
And the judge says: “Before I have the bailiff take your witness into custody to be charged for felony vote fraud, which of these others are fraudulent, counselor? I’ll give you a minute on that.”

My dad (also) passed around 10 weeks after Trump was elected, right before inauguration. He was as liberal as they come and I’m kind of glad he didn’t live to see the last four years.

My mom died in late August 2016 and I too wonder if watching Trump get elected would have killed her. She was a pretty hard core MSNBC watcher so it would have been agony for her to have to live during Trump’s Presidency.
My dad went out around 9 months before Trump got elected… he died peaceful in the knowledge that such a thing would never happen.
Newt is starting to look very sad and old.

My dad always had CNBC or MSNBC on much to my mom’s chagrin of it always being noisy in the house.

While we were going through my Dad’s papers I found a copy of a letter he sent to our Republican legislators. They were trying to gut healthcare for Cystic Fibrosis patients and take away pre-existing condition protections. He professionally made his case, but also said he didn’t want to see his child suffer. It choked me up because he saw how callous the Republican party was. The so called pro-life party was anything but and he worried so much, especially under Trump, about how I might once again lose the healthcare that keeps me alive.

As long as the late votes have been segregated, seems as if a recount is the most the GOP could hope for, not tossing away votes.
