I would add c) There will be a long term resistance to accepting the legitimacy of this election, but how strong politically will that faction be? Lots of rage in right wing circles right now, directed at other conservative leaders and media outlets for not giving full throated support to Trump. With 10k votes left Biden can pad his lead with another 2k or 3k. Regarding military ballots, I read they have counted the ones on hand. The number bandied about is ballots sent out but not received, they may or may not come in over the next few days. I think there are also provisional ballots left to be validated and counted.

There were 8,899 absentee ballots from military and overseas voters that hadn’t yet been returned to election offices in Georgia as of Thursday morning, according to the secretary of state’s office. Another 17,529 overseas ballots had already been returned and counted.
