If the WH fights the votes and electoral college results, and fight the courts, it goes to the house for vote. However its not a normal house vote, its a 1 vote per state vote.

It does not go to the House for a vote if certified electors meet and cast their votes. There is nothing Trump can do to prevent certified electors meeting and casting their votes. Fighting over ballots will not cause that.

In case you were wondering: the Republican majority leader of the Pennsylvania legislature made it very clear yesterday: the Pennsylvania commonwealth constitution says that electors will be determined by the result of the popular vote in the state, period. He found no issue with the vote in his home state. There will not be a second set of electors from Pennsylvania.

Well im not well versed here, but one of the situations laid out to bypass the electors is to send a partisan group of electors to replace the official ones, it gets contested and it ends in a house vote, apparently it happened in the 1800s but result did not change from the popular vote in that case. Again Im not deeply informed on this, just pointing out it does seem to have some merit, and dont think it qualifies as alarmist per se. Its in the realm of possible, since it happened once before.

Just to echo trig here, McConnel sounds like he’s on trump’s side but there have been observers in PA, all the legally submitted ballots are being counted, and all of trump’s lawsuit (save one on the observer distance) have been rejected.
