The votes being counted in Pennsylvania do not include any mail ballots arriving after Nov. 3. Those are being kept segregated. This count is for votes in by Election Day.

This is precisely why it won’t happen. You need 38 states to ditch it, and all those tiny red states are looking at that map knowing this (aside from the Senate) is their only leverage.
