Georgia has announced that there will be a recount. Not unexpected given the likely narrow margin of victory there.

Apparently I need to watch Gilmore Girls. I like Mrs. Maisel, so I expect I’ll like it too.
Georgia please recount the votes in reverse order. I mean I’m sure it doesn’t work that way but still.
I watched Season 1 when it first aired, and was utterly gobsmacked by it.
You also need to watch Bunheads.
So when Arizona and Nevada drop their numbers and Biden is winning then they will call it? RIGHT? RIGHT???
The first three seasons of Gilmore Girls are about as magical as TV gets.

GG didn’t get a lot of buzz at first. It barely survived its first season. It was head-to-head against Friends when Friends was Thanos the Destroyer of Ratings. The WB ended up doing these short recaps of the first-half of the episode at 9:30 PM, when Friends ended, so people flipping channels could catch up. But WB sensed they had something special, and kept at it.
They’ll call it when they see ‘enough’ evidence that the trend in PA will continue. AZ and NV don’t really matter to that.
I have to think an amount of casual sexism hurt the show too.
I will confess that when I saw there was a show called Gilmore Girls, I immediately assumed that it was a chick flick presented as a TV series. 30-something me yawned and said “Whatever. Not my thing.”
I finally got talked into watching it. It’s not at all what I had expected. I fell in love.

The bits of Bunheads where Sherman-Palladino was unleashed and gave no fucks was great. As proven in Miss Masiel, She really wants to write for musical theater but I guess nobody will let her.

I can’t wait to see the look on my wife face this morning when she wakes up and I tell her, “Honey, Biden is ahead in PA and we have to start watching Gilmore Girls.”
The current PA trend helps Biden, the current AZ trend works against Biden. So I think we are more likely to get a call based on the former, sooner.
Georgia says it may not be able to certify its results until the end of November.
Which is fine. Wait for the ballots to come in.
Count them.
Recount them to be sure.
Do it fairly, and however it comes out, that’s it.
Solid point. I thought they were going to some Arizona numbers that wouldn’t look good enough for Trump to come back, but whatever. I can wait.
