There is no question that this will be litigated until the Supreme Court rules on every challenge. Trump runs the White House, not these anonymous people on his team, and he put ACB on the bench specifically envisioning this very scenario. He thinks they are going to bail him out, and we don’t know for sure they won’t.

Trump is thinking about announcing that he intends to run again in 2024 at some point. Of course if he does that, he admits he lost - he can’t claim victory and run for a third term.
Probably true - though the reason there is an emoluments clause in the constitution is the ease with which emoluments segue right over to bribery.
Does he know that? And if he did, who would stop him? Certainly not the Republican Party.
