Lots of little vote updates in Georgia have been coming in fast for the last 2 hours or so.
And though the margin of the Biden lead there has swung up and down a bit by 50 or 100 votes…it’s back up to 4,224 now.

If you ever find yourself in a “meet the new baby” social situation, and that new baby has an older sibling, don’t go straight to the baby/parents and start ooh-ing and ahh-ing over the new arrival. That baby doesn’t understand a goddamn thing that’s going on.
But the older sibling is all like what-the-fuck-is-the-big-deal, I-used-to-be-the-center-of-attention-in-this-house, and this-sucks-balls. So go to them first and give them a present or a hug or ask them to show you their new dumb toy or whatever so they feel important, noticed, and special, as opposed to left out, hurt, and obsolete like Donald Trump is probably starting to feel.

Plus his constant disparagement of the military, the SS isn’t exactly made up of lifelong civilians. They don’t hire them because they’re stupid.
I imagine it is true for probably the entire White House staff, cooks, butlers etc. Joe is so good with the “little people” that I’m sure they are just delighted.
