This is my favorite cc cookie recipe.
It’s the “original” fake $250 Neiman-Marcus recipe that uses oat flour (blended oatmeal) as well as all-purpose (there are other $250 recipes that are actually different).
Brian Williams says NBC hasn’t called the race and they have good reasons in not doing so.

Joe looks like he’s gotten about as much sleep as the rest of us the last few days.
Every major network except Fox New has an electoral college count on the screen. It’s almost like they want people to forget Biden’s faring best in their map.
“we may be opponents be we aren’t enemies”… haven’t heard that line before, but it’s a good one.
He has to be exhausted. I certainly am.

Hey guys, Biden is giving a badass speech.
I am old enough to remember, as a wee lad in college, speculation that Joe Biden’s political career was over in 1987. And then he had the double brain aneurysm surgery and half a year of recovery…and for sure that was it. All she wrote.
And now he’s going to be president, 33 years later.
I know it’s fun to knock on Biden for his age and everything…but as I get deeper into middle age myself, it’s kinda fucking cool to know that health allowing, there’s still all kinds of awesome shit I can do with my life.
An adult. In. The. Room.
The quality of that speech is amazing in the context of the last 4 years.
