At this point I think Trump’s best option is to put on a bit of a show filing some lawsuits for a couple weeks, but then resign, complaining that the entire system is rigged. Pence then pardons him.
If he starts getting rumbling of state prosecutions he always has the option of moving to Russia to “oversee” the construction of a new Trump hotel there.
