So, what is the end game of TEH AUTHORITEH in all this? Do they hope to repress the protests with police action and have that be an end to it? Do they have a carrot to go along with that stick? Because nobody seems to be talking about any concrete action to address systemic police violence against POC.

The end goal is to teach these people their place in the world once and for all.
They want to be able to murder anyone they want without someone daring to question whether it was justified or not.

The end game is what they’re already trying to do - to classify Antifa as a terrorist group. Since Antifa has no clear ideology, membership, or leadership, they’ve got carte blanche to label anyone they want a terrorist. Which means they can spy on anyone and make anyone they want disappear without due process.
