Yes, I’m aware, I’m saying I don’t really know what the significance is of some C-130s flying halfway across the country to go to DC. Soldiers from the 10th mountain, the 82nd airborne, the 101st are all closer to the action right where they are, and they all have the airlift capacity to get them wherever they need to go without going through Andrews. So I don’t know if those flight trackers mean anything, except possibly that Trump is flying some troops to DC to protect himself.
DC might be under different rules than the states, so it would be less illegal there.
DC is a Federal District. It was established so no single state could claim to be home to the nation’s capital. So, yeah, rules are a bit different there.

Agree, Trump bringing some troops to DC to protect DC (and himself) makes sense. Trump bringing troops to DC in order to send them elsewhere, not so much.
FWIW, I have been looking at the AP news feeds, social media feeds, and website since that tweet from AircraftSpots went up – was taken down – and then went up again a few hours later.
I have not found any news reports from the AP – or the NYT, WaPo, CNN, or any other major network news agencies that the 82nd, 10th Mountain, or 1st infantry being sent anywhere. I have seen some reports of them being put on alert, but not being sent anywhere as a whole. The president has not yet invoked the Insurrection Act, as of Tuesday morning.
The only thing I can find is a somewhat-thinly sourced report that some military police personnel from those units have been sent to DC to be “ready”, but exist on standby.
