They suspended two cops without pay and the guy is in serious condition in hospital.
It’s going to take a lot, folks know that retaliation is a death sentence. I wouldn’t be surprised if we get a suicide bomber or two at this rate.
I did see that burning the police station in Minneapolis had 54% support somewhere- so I suspect a cop killer might be acquitted somewhere down the road.
Justice would be the cops suspended by their ankles, but I guess this’ll have to do for now.

Now though? Those crazies are heroes. They’ve been putting in work all week, flooding racist hashtags with their innocuously goofy KPop stuff. (Earlier in the week it was various stuff from “whitelivesmatter” and “bluelivesmatter”. Tonight they’re flooding #qanon and driving the hardcore Q believers bonkers.

Monday morning I saw #WhiteLivesMatter trending with like 125K tweets and I thought “Oh what the ever loving hell now?”
And then because I was curious, I dived in and discovered it was all Kpop nonsense.

Is there a term, perhaps a German word, for feeling inspired and hopeful yet utterly terrified all at the same time? That’s this whole week. People coming together to fight injustice, injustice fighting the people, and of course all during a pandemic.
