Thanks for sharing that, it really cheers me up this morning.

This puts a slightly different spin on why all 57 Buffalo cops resigned from the ERT. Some of them at least say they were told the union would not back them — presumably financially — in the event they had legal trouble.

If you look closely at his eyes, can you see a moment or two of reflection, a fleeting realization that, perhaps, this is not going to work out the way he thinks it will?

No, you can’t.

I came across this on Twitter and couldn’t stop by poking fun at him, and then there were a few crazies that came out to defend him and attack me. It was incredible. He’s a 37 year old baby boy that was upset game companies delayed their events out of BLM support and seems utterly convinced those game companies aren’t just “anti-white” somehow, but they want to murder him. The guy should have spent less time collecting Funko Pops and more time trying to get laid.

LOL, I wonder how many takes it took him to get it just the way he wanted it.

“Mom! I’m filming an important manifesto down here! I’ll take out the trash in a minute!”

Yeah, I kind of assumed there would be people standing in line to support him.

On the other hand, I guarantee he will buy another console or game. I mean, he isn’t going to take up jogging, is he?

When I found his video, it was from the day before, and he was live streaming some other game. So… it didn’t last long, haha. What a dweeb.

Good lord no. Then we’d have another incel nutbar.

Don’t we already?

I heard mention of that yesterday but couldn’t find a source. It really seems police unions are the root of the problem in a lot of places. They seem to exist to protect bad cops. If this is true they aren’t even trying to hide it anymore. These unions are going to force cities to make an end run around them and disband the police forces and start from scratch with a new organization.

“In light of this, in order to maintain the sound financial structure of the PBA it will be my opinion the PBA NOT to pay for any ERT or SWAT members legal defense related to these protests going forward. This Admin in conjunction with DA John Flynn and or JP Kennedy could put a serious dent in the PBA’s funds.”

So what this PBA rep is saying, to cure the cancer we need to sue their asses out of existence.

Yes, as I understand it the police unions are very strong and are of course backed by the GOP. This is the internal security force that protects the wealthy.

At the very least if those officers refuse their assignment they should be suspended without pay. At least hit them in the wallet.

Of course he will. He will justify it. He’ll buy a used PS5 so that the money goes to another person and not the big bad evil company. He’ll probably buy used games and justify it that way.

I don’t understand how anyone can watch what’s going on and assign it all to looters pretending to protest. Yes, there’s been some looting, but it’s a tiny number of people doing that. The looting has been far outweighed by the police brutality.

LAPD officers making the “you let us do what we want or we let the city burn down” threat clear.

Berlin today.

On the one hand, I appreciate the intent. On the other hand, that crowd density makes me really uncomfortable. I can’t imagine that the net benefit of a march supporting BLM in Germany outweighs the increased COVID risk.

I mean, I didn’t say he should procreate. Of course not, that guy’s seed is as weak as his chin.

Hahaha. What a loser!

I’m really hoping some radical change happens because of this; police reform would be a start. Talking about it on the internet feels utterly inadequate; talking to each other in person is better, but not enough.

It’s surprising how often I feel like I get hit in the face with racism in real life conversations, and I don’t even belong to a minority (here). I mean, I grew up as a white kid in a 99% asian town (Sendai, 1980s), but it seems like that doesn’t count. At best, it lends some perspective, but I was never systemically oppressed like what’s been happening in the U.S.

Hey man, let’s be clear, he’ll have good days in heaven when he sees the incredible jobs report.

That line from Trump is falling on a personal level to me. At the protests on Wednesday, during the “Say his name chant,” I started to well up a bit, thinking about the man himself and imaging there is a heaven and he can see the protests, see the sheer numbers of people across the world standing with BLM and hoping, as I’m hoping, that this is a watershed moment.
