I’m pretty sure it doesn’t matter what they call them. I don’t think it would even matter if they were illegal aliens. The administration is going to get slapped hard by the Supreme Court. At least they should.
I believe if they were found guilty of a felony, and Parsons pardoned them, that’s an admission of guilt so they are convicted felons still and likely lose their law practice. That would hurt.

Terrorists have all the same rights as everyone else on American soil for the most part.
It’s when the Army or CIA catches you in, say, Kabul that you tend to start having problems.

Yes they do. Although they sometime do it differently. Like stripping them naked, putting them in a pile and using shock prods on their genitals. Different areas, different laws.
