This is pretty much pissing in the wind given the limitations on the legal framework. The scam ads are not going to stop until they hold the advertising platforms and websites that host them responsible. Also, the proposed framework explicitly excludes NFTs from scope.

I’m honestly a little surprised it kept moneylaundering checks at all. Binance is shady as shit and until about 3 months ago was actively opposed to good corporate governance.
Edit: I mean, it still is opposed, it just doesn’t boast about it.
