Well OK then. Certainly a weird project for Jarmusch but the trailer is great.
I hope Jim J. does for zombies what he did for vampires in “Only Lovers Left Alive”. That is, I hope he creates a terrific movie.
Man, I am just not into Jarmusch’s stuff for the most part but I loved the bits in Coffee and Cigarettes with Bill Murray and the Wu-Tang Clan dudes.
RZA : …take fifty percent hydrogen peroxide, fifty percent water. You gargle with it. Do not swallow. You spit it out. Don’t swallow, Bill Murray.
GZA : And if that doesn’t work, try oven cleaner.
Bill Murray : We got that in the back, too.
Given that Zombieland 2 comes out later this year, this should be a nice alternative reality seguway from Zombieland…
Interesting to play it very dead-pan like that. And am amazing cast.
Just saw this. My head is still spinning. I had a great time but at this point all I can say is, Jim Jarmusch is one of a kind.
The TV ads for this do look good.
I saw this yesterday. Very interesting. I prefer Shawn of the Dead for a social commentary zombie comedy though.
Adam Driver was great in every scene.
