Literally all the things.
Seriously man, I think there may be a correlation between how much time you spend in the lab and how many Republicans get indicted, convicted and sentenced. GET BACK IN THERE @Timex! Don’t come out until November! For America!
That’s exactly 113 copies of The Political Machine and it’s DLC. Hmmm…GOP simulation strategizing for the 2016 campaign? This explains everything!
But such concerns only apply to the legislative branch, eh Paul?
This is the best infrastructure week ever.

My opinion of Duncan Hunter will be affected by what games he bought.
That’s ridiculous, but nonetheless true :)

The majority of those were packs for games (notice the whole numbers and $5 amounts). So basically, the crappiest stuff he could buy on Steam. In fact, it looks as if he just kept going at it hoping the slot machine would cough up whatever it is he was hoping to get.

Everything about this post confuses me. Where are you seeing a breakdown in what he bought? What are these game packs that end in “whole numbers and fives?” Steam is a slot machine? I don’t get anything when I buy games outside of trading cards during a sale. What do you mean?
$1528 over 68 purchases. So around 5-6 purchases a month for $22.50 each. I could easily do this myself on random games (and probably used to), and it’s probably even easier when you get into DLC.
Honestly I don’t find that number too bad. In fact I bet a lot of us have spent more than that on games in a year.

I know, but I feel the same way. When did Dark Souls Scholar of the First Sin come out?

Do they have high school kids putting this stuff together? Some guys son/daughter because they don’t understand how computers work maybe.
Or maybe the person knew exactly what they were doing. #resist

Without reading what the guy wrote, is he arguing that simply by beginning the “impeachment proceedings” that Trump would leave office? Does he think the GOP would actually do that?
I think the GOP is caught in a real Catch-22 of their own making. Should they suddenly find morals and ethics and begin impeachment of Trump I would bet they would lose all of Trump’s base in the next elections. President Pence just isn’t going to hold on to the Trumpistas.

The only way the GOP will ever consider doing the “moral” thing is when they think getting rid of Trump is more beneficial than having him which makes it not a moral action at all. Trump doesn’t like to lose. He’s not going anywhere voluntarily.
If only we could convince him leaving office is akin to declaring bankruptcy, which he’s always been willing to do.
In the article, he seems to argue that impeachment has become likely, therefore a desperate Trump will use every extreme tool to try and stop Mueller to save himself.
“…the Cohen accusation alone, combined with the president’s lies and obstructions related to Russia, suffice to justify impeachment proceedings in the House of Representatives. Impeachment, and not criminal prosecution, is the immediate danger for the president…”
"In this context, and as Mueller proceeds apace, President Trump will be likely deploy some combination of two tactics to try to save himself.
First, he will continue to draw a red line at his “no collusion” claim and insist that anything else Mueller finds is the harvest of an illegitimate [investigation…]
Trump could bark orders today to pardon everyone Mueller is investigating (except possibly himself); to fire Mueller and his team, as well as everyone in the Justice Department who didn’t carry out this order; and to yank the security clearances of anyone he didn’t fire, which would seriously slow any federal investigation that remained.
If you think the wounded, cornered Trump won’t choose some version of this nuclear option, you haven’t been paying attention."
GOP Congresscritters might be “deeply concerned” should this come to pass.
