Why does no reporter call him out with something to the effect of, “Senator, since that would make you the key preventing this bill from a vote, multiple times, will you be stepping down from your role as speaker if the President actually does attempt to fire the special prosecutor.?” I mean, I know that as he has shown in the pass, he would just ignore his own comments if that actually did happen, but for fucks sake, ask questions that hold them accountable.
