Pyhric’s master plan is in motion! A Golem, a Gorgon, a few Auger Elders, and some ghouls walk into a bar…except the bar is closed, sits on a three point throne, and is run by Kelan. Meanwhile, a legion of party crashers march up and will be able to join the siege proper next turn!

But I don’t think hes going to wait for a few legionaries to show up. No, I bet that the walls of that castle have been hit by a few spells. I anticipate watching a storming next turn.

Still don’t see where the interesting spell is…unless its the Crumble Walls or whatever.

Here’s the proposed map. If we could have one or two people open it up in the map editor and check links and terrain that would be great.

Note - if a province is adjacent to a cave I have elected to not set the ‘border mountains’ attribute. Feel free to add it if you feel it should be.

Here is what I came up with so far:

Province connections that should be removed:
33 to 37
100 to 104

Province connections that should be added:
47 to 62

Possible change to mountain pass? (not necessary):
45 to 50

Possible change to remove Province connection:
33 to 34 (I can technically see it may be connected based on the province lines, but should it be?)

Otherwise, looks really good. Thanks for all the hard work!

I’ve uploaded a new version (same link as before). 45 to 50 I’ve kept the same but extended the cave graphic. I wanted to maintain a normal link to make the cave starting spots competitive with normal spots.

I’ve revised the border graphics for 33 to 34 and removed 2 links around there. Looks a bit better now.

I am really looking for to Hangman. In part because I have so many banana puns to use in my diplomacy.

The latest map looked good to me. I am doing a little testing, but the weekend will work for starting getting pretenders up for me.

I would imagine we are going with the normal changes like score graphs off, HoF 15, common random events, no story events, renaming allowed, indy 5?

Did we decide on victory conditions yet?

Damn, that was some crazy ass stuff there last turn pyrhic. I must admit that was the first time in a really long time that I experienced a turn and it took me almost an hour to figure out how the hell you got those armies deep in my lands all at once.

I had no idea Faery Trod was the powerful and that it let you bring through that large of an army and the Pocket Ship threw me off guard as I guess I just don’t remember the details of that item (I didn’t realize anyone could make it and that it had been around a while). I could handle your teleporting mages most likely, but not sure I can with all the other parts of the kitchen sink you just threw at me with the Flying Ship army and two Faery Trod mage armies.

If we are continuing, I have to ask for another 24 hours, please. I am not sure I will have time to get a turn in with all of this going on today.

I sent Nikolaj a PM to extend Qt3Snoozers a day or two, if possible. Sorry guys! I didn’t think the turn could have been as bad as it was so it will take me quite a bit of planning to try to extend the game :)
