The Geico gecko is thinking with Portals What does GLaDOS have to do with car insurance? Nothing, but Geico apparently thinks a commercial tie-in to an old game will sell more coverage agreements. At least there wasn’t a cake joke in the ad.

I would think that viewers who never heard of Portal would also assume that the lady pointing the rifle at the lizard was also telling him the test was impossible.

What would have been actually funny is if there was a pop-up saying the gecko had gotten the “terminal velocity” achievement.
