Just seen this…as my wife read the book. I had average to ‘meh’ expectations, but bloody hell it was really good. Go see it.
The book is killer. I’m a bit trepidacious to see how it translates into film, as the book is a brick, and it goes everywhere.
I thought the book was quite good but about twice as long as it needed to be. I read it a couple years ago, so now I’ve basically forgotten it all. Don’t get out too the movies much but I’d like to see this.
