Doenitz then. The point is Romney spent the day killing kittens and then patted a puppy on the head as he left the kitten killing factory.

This speech by Max Rose cracked me up.

You’re not always right, brother, but when you’re right, urrite.

Any intel on if this idiot is electable? I know, it’s Florida.

Well, if actually standing up to Trump amounts to petting a puppy, it’s funny how much time we all burn complaining about a supine Congress. A puppy pet more or less should make no difference at all.

For my part, I like to give someone credit when they do something courageous and on the right side of history. Romney’s vote mattered if only because it put to rest the lie that impeachment was a partisan affair. He also articulated the reason for the vote more succinctly than Schiff, if less passionately and eruditely.

Such acknowledgement does not preclude assessing a man’s character in toto based on previous actions as well.

Okay Trumper.

Teddy going with his ice cold culture war shit while his state is on fire due to incompetent leadership.

I read this the other day. It’s long, but really excellent. If you have time, give it a look.

Okay this is funny.

That is funny. However, fuck them.

Remember when people were like DISBAND ICE and everyone was like “noooooooo they’re my favorite authoritarian paramilitary force, what will we doooooooo”

Hey, bootstraps ain’t free.

Hey, they’ve found yet another way to say the quiet parts out loud!

Manifest Destiny. My God.

Stephen Miller shit.

A former congressional candidate here had an interesting take on it- she thought the intent was to try and force schools to re-open for in-person classes so things look more normal , and that might be the primary intent.

Yes, I read someone else with a similar opinion yesterday, that the idea is to force universities into opening ‘normally’ by threatening them with the loss of tuition revenue from foreign students.

I’m old enough to remember when Judd Gregg was supposed to be one of those sober, serious moderate conservatives with which Democrats should be willing to work. So much so that newly-elected President Obama in early 2009 appointed Gregg to run the Commerce Department.

What’s he doing these days? Advancing a conspiracy theory in which the Marxist ideologues in the Democratic Party force Biden to name one of their own as his running mate, so that after he wins and takes office the Marxists can oust him using the 25th amendment.

Conservatism is a con.

Worst 2000AD spin off ever.

Why would The Hill even print that obvious trash?
