I wonder what it’s like to be so dumb that every time you open your piehole the stupid comes out?
Yeah, that one good enema and you could bury her in a shoebox.

My body IS a bio-weapon and I was born with it!
So, we thought the GOP would negotiate in Bad Faith on Infrastructure? It’s actually even worse than I thought:
Take the surface transportation bills: $547b over five years, that passed with only one GOP vote in favor.
That might seem like a lot, but it’s just a re-authorization of existing spending. It doesn’t authorize a single cent of new maintenance and upkeep – it just continues the existing level of spending. Without it, America would stop maintaining its infrastructure altogether.
In other words, the entire GOP caucus (except Brian Fitzpatrick, R-PA) voted to zero out America’s infrastructure maintenance programs for the next five years.

Deferred Maintenance and existing funds are what they count…

It’s looking like Austin will finally get its own house district rather than being the most gerrymandered city of its size in the country. Why would the GOP do that? To ensure that they get both of the newly added seats. Pack as many dems in Austin into one district and then gerrymander the rest to make up the difference. At least we will have local representation, even if it is a net loss at the state/national level.
They gonna fix the Texas Legislature while they are at it?

If by ‘fix’, you mean arrange it so that they have higher representation than the percentage of votes would indicate, then yes. The fix will be in.
I wonder how many seats will be lost and gained in the end.

What I have read is that the GOP will redistrict austin so that the current ratio of one dem and 4 gop seats remains, and they will gain the 2 new seats from the census, so it is expected to be a net pickup of 2 for the GOP and no gain or loss for dems.
Like they used to say the cruelty is the point, I think maybe the stupid is the point.

Republicans elect the dumbest people possible because it makes them feel better about themselves.

The guy in the video is a parody account, just FYI. Or is he making fun of someone who actually said that? I really don’t know, I can’t keep up with GOP insanity.
Satire is so 2015.
Scott Manley and some other KSP fans (I assume) are looking to it. You just need to build a lot of rockets anchor them to the ground and then for a few minutes a day when the rockets are align prograde (perpendicular) to the earth’s orbit fire them. The extra velocity would cause the earth to orbit further from the sun. Decreasing the intensity of sunlight and cooling the planet. As Scott points out there are some other benefits like rationalizing the calendar :–).
He’s parodying MTG - who also apologized in the same way for the same thing.
Yup. Already said, but he’s making fun of MTG.
