Unfortunately, there are people that feel “obstructing justice” isn’t a real crime, just like perjury. They feel that lying, obfuscating, and delaying when you’re being investigated by the authorities is just something that anyone would/should do. Trump sees the vaccine as a thing he can brag about to glorify himself, and he couldn’t care less about the culture war lines that have been drawn around it. He also knows that his competitors are elites who obviously got vaccinated as soon as it was available, and likely got boosters, because they aren’t the same class as their supporters.

Never knowing what Trump is going to say or do, but knowing that you need to support it unwaveringly… Knowing that sometimes, spring it will mean contradicting other things that Trump himself said or did, and that when the hypocrisy is exposed, Trump will crucify YOU for only supporting one of his two positions.

For some of these guys, you see the fear when they speak. I wonder if they lie awake at night, terrified of what Trump will do next, similar to how we all felt for 4 years.

The gist of it is that each one picks their own reality of things that fit with their worldview, the only real connection is that there is this group of bad people preventing the end of history from being all sunshine and roses as money trickles down once you let real people rule the world and create world peace and prosperity.
