I was peripherally involved in the development of Euro Disney back in the day, and every time the local Marne communities got irritated with all the activity or some aspect of the project they’d shut the whole place down with roadblocks made from tractors and tire bonfires. Despite popular held opinions to the contrary, Republicans do have standards and lines that can’t be crossed. Lying, bribery, corruption, sex trafficking minors and marrying a guy who was convicted of lewd exposure in a bowling alley parking lot are all fine. That seems about as damning as can be. Nobody doubted Russia was influencing FB, but the extent is kinda shocking. OTOH, I know a bunch of GOPers and none of them walk around muttering Sean Hannity or Ben Shapiro under their breath like a madman, as suggested by the first graphic.
