I really, really want to see this happen. Talk about the dog finally catching the car.
I suspect if such a thing were to happen then VPNs would be really common in Texas.
Would be âinterestingâ to see if they could then attempt to sue content providers whose region blocking is being circumvented regardless.

So, we can all sue Trumpâs twitter clone company now, right?
No, it would have to have 50M+ active users. So Truth Social is probably fine.
I bet Twitter and Facebookâs lawyers are smarter than the ones who wrote this and will easily be able to exploit the ânews and entertainmentâ loophole.
Iâm seeing lawyer types stating the law also provides a cause of action for blocking you because you live in Texas, so the VPN step is unneeded.
Also that as written it applies to email, so spam blockers are illegal in Texas now.
For Truth Social that would be 50+ Male users, right?
Are you saying not to drink because you may throw up in your mouth when watching her?
Iâd forgotten all about how far up she was on my shit list.

Risk of spit take, but yeah, thatâs also a possibility.

Well, one might ask, Just how incredibly fucked up is Texas? I say this as a person living in Florida.
Then youâre in the enviable position of living in one of the two states led by governors competing with each other to lay claim to the title of state most fucked up as a direct result of their efforts.
But in the last 48 hours, the Oz and McCormick campaigns and their allies have been suddenly forced to recalibrate as Barnette has surged to the front of the pack.
âI think whatâs happened is neither Oz nor McCormick have excited anybody,â said John Brabender, a Republican strategist who is a veteran of Pennsylvania campaigns and is not working for a candidate in the Senate primary. âTheyâve spent a lot of money and people viewed it as millionaires behaving badly â they were looking for any alternative that they could find.â
Barnette, who has been described by former Trump aides as âultra-MAGA,â received a massive boost this week when the conservative Club for Growth super PAC â one of the top outside spending groups in Republican Senate primaries this cycle â endorsed her and revealed it would spend $2 million on TV ads supporting her
Being trumpy just isnât enough any longer, now you need to be ULTRA SUPER trumpy. (Barnette has issued extreme homophobic and anti-Muslim statements in the past - theyâre easy enough to find if so inclined.)
You know how it only takes a few drinks to get drunk at first but the more you get use to it, the more drinks it takes to reach that same level? Itâs kinda like that now with MAGA chuds - the outrage machine is running out of ways to trigger that dopamine-fueled rage high.
And more PA GOP nuttery. (Linked articles worth the time to read imo)

Tl, DR:
Make no mistake: Mastriano and his supporters believe that they are carrying out Godâs will, âreclaimingâ the state âfor Christâ and restoring âGodâs kingdomâ in Pennsylvania
White Christian nationalists believe Trump was anointed by God. Godâs man in the White House. Sent to save Christian America. They maintain that God wanted the 2020 election overturned. Therefore Trumpâs efforts were justifiable, indeed, necessary.

Awesome. So Pennsylvania is going to devote their wealth to caring for the poor and providing medical care for those in need, I take it?

Mastriano took the lead in the GOP primary, and the GOP is kind of freaking out, because he seems like he will get crushed in the general election.
But, you never know⊠We may just elect a total lunatic, which would fuck up the state and almost certainly lead to election shenanigans in the future.
