Rand Paul always knew that the tax cuts were partly about growing the deficit to gain leverage to “cut other spending”.
If they refuse to touch defense spending, which they will not cut, they can’t cut much else besides social spending.
I guess ultimately they want to get rid of Social Security. They will probably push to privatize it and their robber baron friends will control that money as people are then forced by law to contribute their tax money to those privately controlled funds.
I think they should kick Rand Paul off the Senate health plan and tell him he’ll need to make cuts to his budget to buy private health insurance.
And I also hope that his neighbor breaks the rest of his ribs.
And also he has to where a plastic bag full of asbestos over his head from now on.
And also, when his gravestone should read “He was not a hero. No one cares that he is dead.”

Like, for my part I try to be tolerant of other religions, and I generally hold back from speaking about American Christianity even though I would very much like to. I would appreciate it if you would show me and my ilk the same respect and not associate our deeply held religious beliefs with the Republicans.
