The Intellivision is returning, and it has a new boss

Very frustrating. Some people still stick up for Phil. But he bought into this scam and took advantage of others to make sure he had a nice paycheck to rely on, even if it meant defrauding gamers of their money.

Not just gamers but it feels like all the Fig and Republic investors (as well as those who came in via that shady investment club and Neil Patel) that they’re just older people with retirement savings but simultaneously completely ignorant about video games and the current industry.

Phil Adam was their (highly ineffective) VP of Revenue before he became CEO.

Then again, Tommy Tallarico ended up being the most ignorant of all with his pitch for a pointless product no one wanted that isn’t solving any problem or unified demand that exists.

Tommy Tallarico is dumb as rocks to believe this wish fulfillment nonsense:

Insightful post on AtariAge by Kevtris, who has successfully shipped hardware:

Kevtris is director of FPGA development at Analogue, an actual experienced job at a real company with real, shipped products not a pretend one like cosplay pretend CEO Tommy Tallarico.

Massage chairs and “cornhole testing”?

Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

I mean, this ain’t beanbag. Or is it?

A sample of his baffling and outlandish lies among hundreds or thousands of others:

-“First American to work on a Sonic the Hedgehog game”

-“First musician to elevate video game music from just simple beep patterns”

The fuck?

Yeah…his lies are all easily debunked but it’s a form of gaslighting.

He at least exaggerates his involvement or importance. For example, he says he’s worked on over 300 games. Well, he counts each platform version individually. For example, on his game page - https://www.tallarico.com/videogames

He lists Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater four times. Each platform separately. Remember, THPS has a licensed soundtrack. What did he do? The skate wheel sound effect on the menu screen? Well, gotta list that multiple times!

He lists Pac-Man World Rally five times. Again, each platform as a separate game.

He lists The Incredibles and The Incredibles: Rise of the Underminer five times each, for a total of ten! Simply counting each console as a different game.

He does this with many, many more. His desperation for doing this kind of stuff is absolutely bizarre/incredible.

Tommy brags he “made” the Roblox OOF sound” when it was an employee and part of a soind library used for the old Interplay game with the killing cherub.

Warning: this is super cringey

Oh, my! You are not lying. Even the swaying got to me after a bit. Classrooms? Really? Other than that nugget of insanity along with the whole '‘phone games are fun’ goofiness, it was all just complete regurgitation of TT’s mantra. Ouch.

I’m pretty sure they were competing for Tommy’s affections.

Yes he claims to be THE first one to do it.

There was a guy like that with a channel called Super Jeremy World who proudly announced that as a school principal, he’d be interested in buying Amico units for classrooms. Kinda disgusting on every level.

He speculated about different things landing on Amico but the idea that he’d buy them with school money must have been in this special episode featuring Tallarico. Naturally, it’s 2 hours long. Live Intellivision Amico Chat with Tommy Tallarico | Super Jeremy World Interview - YouTube

Seen on AmicoGames.com, the latest “substantial” news in the heavily policed for time private Facebook circlejerk group is the exciting update that they managed to do a basic business task of registering a trademark.

The next update will be about whether or not they can avoid bankruptcy court or if they can tie their own shoelaces.

God of war and twisted metal creator David jaffe posted a YouTube video about his old friend Tommy and doesn’t think it was a scam.

Jaffe doesn’t have baby face anymore!

One of the few remaining shill cultists believes this:

They shut down the offices because console is “done” without any back end or games or assembled manufacturing…riiiiight

LOL. You don’t shut your big beautiful offices when you’re going to launch. Soooo stupid these people are.
