Mrs Kub and I enjoyed the whole series and are ready for season 2.
I really liked Season 1 and was a well-wisher for Season 2. I get the sense that they were under crunch time, trying to wrap shooting up before the Writers Strike. They made it within only a few weeks remaining before the Strike struck. Now they’re going to simply walk across the finish line without the aid of writers or showrunners. Uhh… good luck, I guess? (But it would be better to quickly end the strike by acceding to the writers guild demands, of course.)
There will be other projects in the same position. Will they also choose to fly on auto-pilot, or wait until the strike is resolved?
Seems like a recipe for bad product to me.
Considering how bad this show was, maybe the writers going on strike will improve it!
