And now some order as well. Come on, don’t keep us in suspense.

True, but it is distinctly different that he is directly re-posting (re-truthing?) Q posts.

Pretty sure that smell means he needs a diaper change.

They have to file by end of day Eastern Time, right? So hopefully by 9 here we will have something.

In theory we should see the response today. The sealed filings that showed up earlier are probably the more detailed inventory the judge requested.

Thank you.

And once again for everyone else: he will not be indicted out of the blue, if he ever is. If things even start to head down that path, the DoJ will send him a letter notifying him that he is the subject of an investigation. Any potential indictment would follow many weeks or months after that step which hasn’t happened yet.

We talking about Trump?

I mean, he hasn’t been posting much on his garbage network, but in the past 24 hours he’s posted like 80 times. It seems like his behavior is somewhat different than it was a week or so ago.

He’s definitely acting very Presidential all of a sudden (for Trump).

It seems like the DOJ getting a warrant, and saying that they believe a crime was committed and there was evidence of those crimes on Trump’s property seems like we are a bit further down that road than we’ve been previously.

Maybe. Maybe not. You don’t know. I don’t either. No one does except those in a position to know in the DOJ.

My response wasn’t directed that way anyway. This song isn’t about you, Mick.

My response was primarily for those wondering if an indictment was imminent. It probably isn’t, unless Garland does something extremely uncharacteristic.

And so what we do know is how federal prosecution works and what procedures are followed, and those procedures include notification of being the subject of investigation. (Side note: they do that so that if you ARE the subject of an investigation, you can hire effective counsel so that when they win – and they usually do, because at this level an indictment typically only comes if the federal prosecutor is pretty sure they’ll win – you do not have an appeal on the basis of any sort of ineffective assistance of counsel because you were surprised by an indictment.)

Trump gets notified, then it’s time to start wondering “Is this the week indictments come down?” Until then, it’s premature.

Politico is burying the real lede here, which is this:

For Kise’s services, Trump will have to pay on his own. A person familiar with the matter confirmed that the Republican National Committee is not paying for Trump’s legal fees related to the FBI’s investigation and retrieval of documents at Mar-a-Lago.

The RNC has been bankrolling most legal expenses related to Trump’s presidency, but apparently has finally decided that enough is enough.

It is there it looks like:

Different is not melting down.

That carpet alone is a crime against design.

Also, I like how for some reason there’s a t-square thing for reference. More precise than a banana for scale.

The passports were in a drawer with a classified document so they took them lol

box of framed MAGAzine covers, lol

It’s nice to read a coherent and direct document. Mostly things we knew or suspected. The obstruction charge wasn’t included for fun. The DoJ clearly thinks he knowingly and willfully concealed documents.

Christina [Redacted] really needs to get herself a good attorney.

MAGA! (making attorneys get attorneys)

Some lawyers pointed out online the passports being stored in a drawer with classified documents will probably be good for nailing Trump on having knowledge.
