Hrmph. Was that actually aired, or is it one of those “on spec” commercials? My understanding is that the trailer park commercial is both local and aired.

Well, it’s real, but it’s also a promotion specifically designed to create wacky local commercials.
Yeah, it’s good. I like how the guy says if someone comes to the lot and is whiny, he won’t sell him a doublewide. Just won’t. Heh.

By the way, the cliche’ bird cry in the trailer commerical is the sound of a Red-tailed Hawk. It is often used in movies to represent the sound of a Bald Eagle, but in reality the eagle’s vocalizations don’t sound anything like that.
I saw that version of it once, but after that just a less lewd 15-second version of it. Bummer.

Yup I saw a couple of those awesome Quiznos commercials a bunch of times in Ontario too.
