We had snow yesterday in the St. Louis area, but it didn’t stick. The day before that it was in the 50s. Today it’s sunny with blue skies and 49 degrees and climbing. Crazy weather!
I know we have a ton of folks west coast and especially PNW area. This forecast for the coming heat wave seems especially bad. I don’t say this often here but I’m praying and hoping it isn’t as bad as these predictions.

Hahahaha, the forecast has steadily gotten worse every day this week. On Sunday the projected peak was 103. Today it sits at 111.

It’s going to be nuts. Sounds like the bubble is going to hover over Eastern Oregon and Washington and parts of western Idaho. The weekend before 4th of July? Not looking forward to it.
I read a forecast of 110 for Portland which is, obscene. There are way too many people in PNW that have no AC.
You guys have to understand, I live in the South. Even down here, we have idiots (aka a lot of poor and older seniors) who have no AC. Every major heat wave we lose a few.

You’ll have to tell us. The crazy part of these predictions is that they have been going UP in temperature during the week. Like, they knew it would be bad but now they are saying it will be historic.

That’s crazy! And you’ll be heading into fire season having already had a dry spring. Not good, not good at all.
Amazon moved up delivery of my air purifier to tomorrow, and my N95 masks have arrived. Learned my lesson about the smoke last year.

I was originally supposed to go back to Reno from San Francisco tomorrow. I have reassessed that plan.
The weather says on Monday a high of 108 and a low of 66. That’s a crazy spread.
All my coworkers in Seattle are not happy since none of them have AC.
