Guy in the first frame is freakishly slender.
Would be quite nice for those of us who aren’t so old.

Ok…since it’s a grampa movie, I’ll post the 60:60 early.
60:60

In case you wanted official confirmation, correct!

A Winner is me! Not even a guess people? sigh
I’ll throw up some really popular movie in a bit so the younger crowd can feel good about themselves…like how they give trophies for just participating now instead of, you know in my day, actually winning the championship.
Anyway…
The film is Winchester '73 (1950). One of the best westerns of the early '50s.
imdb: “The journey of a prized rifle from one ill-fated owner to another parallels a cowboy’s search for a murderous fugitive.”
Directed by Anthony Mann.
Starring Jimmy Stewart, Shelley Winters & Dan Duryea.
This film, Jimmy Stewart says, pulled him out of his post war movie slump.
Also bit-parts featuring a young Rock Hudson (as an Indian war party leader!) and a young Anthony Curtis. His last movie credited as Anthony Curtis. From his next movie on (Kansas Raiders) he would be credited as Tony Curtis.
Watching this you may think it’s filled with all the typical western movie cliches, that wasn’t true at the time, most all the westerns after this at this time used this movie as inspiration.
Instantly watchable on Netflix btw, young whippersnappers. Take 92 minutes out of your life and give it a try.

I hate the current mindset of awarding mediocrity, but there is a difference between doing so and actually giving those of us who aren’t really old a chance at winning ;)

Oh come on! :) It was released after 1970!
As was I. Though you should have waited a bit more, I knew Win '73 from the first image. I just don’t check this thread every four hours on the weekend. :-)
H.
Gah, same. I love that movie actually. But from 20:20 to 60:60 in 8 hours? If I hadn’t had to work today I woulda had it!
(Seriously, I think we typically give 8 hours at least between shots.)

I was trying to move it along before I was tumbleweeded! :)
So a hint for the 20:20
The person with the gun is one main characters.
Oh, it’s Harold and Maude. I even used it in the other guess-the-movie-by-the-frame-thread.
Vivian Pickles for the win.

And I’m so cocky or ill-mannered that I’m posting the next one. It shouldn’t take long to guess:
