Yeah, I meant the Ridley Scott mess.

Something about that shot puts me in mind both of Gladiator and Kingdom of Heaven.

Yeah, that’s the guess. King Arthur. The one where the guy in that frame is playing Bors.

Sorry CaseyRobinson, couldn’t risist. It is that King Arthur movie. I watched it last year due to a friend’s recommendation and I liked it a lot. Surprise. It’s no The Eagle, but it’s pretty good and it looks great. Directed by Antoine Fuqua, and he’s funny on the commentary track because of how pleasantly surprised he was at being offered to do it instead of some “urban” oriented movie.

It’s shot by Slawomir Idziak, btw. And has a surprising cast. Mads Mikkelsen as Tristram and Joel Edgerton as Gawain! What? It’s kind of scuttled by the arrival of Kiera Knightly, but she does that.

I remember thinking it was an OK movie, but the dude playing Bors made an impression. I’ll get the next batch up tonight (PST).

Pretty sure this one isn’t a repeat.

2020

Why is Michael Fassbender going out dressed that way? That soldier outside his car window is going to kick his foppy ass!

That’s not Peter O’Toole is it?
(does that sound dumb of me?)

My girlfriend guessed this one, Empire of the Sun.

I’ll let her choose my 20:20 too!

You are correct sir.

4040 with Batman hiding behind the truck:

6060

I stopped there because wow, did MS ever fuck up Paint in Windows 7.

Just use Snipping Tool to make your captures.

20:20

Davy Crockett!

Not Davy Crockett !

40:40

Little House on the Prairie!

No! It is quite a hard one ! Especially since the most famous player isn’t in the shots posted so far !

Welcome Back Kotter

I think this is too obscure, so I’ll give it up; Geordie. It’s an Alastair Sim film set in the Highlands. It’s ok but if you are at all interested in charming British comedies from the post-war era (and who isn’t??) I would recommend The Green Man.

Ok here is a new 20:20 (is this in line with the rules?)

I’ll allow it.

High Noon?

Stagecoach.

VSys, you should consider editing the OP to include a link to the posts with complete lists of 20:20 movie frames. We have over 400 movies to date (but no Breach) and various people create new lists every so often. If you ever get a chance to play, these are great reference lists. Otherwise, it can be difficult to find those archival posts with search.

Here is a recent post compiled by charmtrap, which includes links to previous lists, covering all 400 games played as of a month ago:
